Terms of Sale & Beat License

What you get with a lease
A non-exclusive license to use the beat you bought in your own songs and videos, including releases on streaming platforms and social media. You receive the untagged MP3 and WAV files.
Your obligations
Credit “prod. PRIA” on every release that uses the beat. Don't resell, share, or give away the beat files themselves, don't claim the beat as your own, and don't register the beat by itself with Content ID or similar systems. PRIA keeps the copyright in the beat, and the same beat may be leased to other artists.
Exclusive rights
Exclusive rights are only granted through a separate written agreement. Email us to make an offer.
Previews
The tagged previews on this site are for listening only and may not be used in any release.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars: $45 per lease, or any 3 beats for $120, applied automatically. We don't add hidden fees. If sales tax applies, it is shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Delivery
Files are sent to the email you use at checkout, usually within 24 hours.
Who can buy
You must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to make a purchase.
Other terms
Beats are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the beat in question. These terms are governed by the laws of California. We may update these terms; the version shown when you buy applies to that purchase.
Refund Policy
Effective October 16, 2026
Because beats are digital files, sales are final once your files have been delivered.
You can get a full refund if your files weren't delivered within 72 hours of purchase, if you were charged twice for the same order, or if a file is broken and we can't send you a working copy.
To request a refund, email contact@prodpria.com within 14 days of purchase with the email you used at checkout. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Refunding a lease ends your license to use that beat.
Privacy Policy

PRIA LLC runs this store. We collect as little as possible.
No cookies or tracking
This site doesn't use cookies, analytics, ads, or tracking. It saves a few settings in your browser's local storage so they stick between visits: light or dark mode, your cart, and your game high score. These never leave your device, and clearing your browser's site data removes them.
When you buy
Checkout happens on Stripe's secure page. Stripe collects your payment details, name, and email under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email, and what you bought, but never your card number. We use this only to deliver your beats, provide support, and keep records required for taxes.
When you email us
If you email us about an order or an exclusive, we keep that conversation to handle your request.
Services this site loads
Like any website, these services receive your IP address and basic browser information when the page loads: GitHub Pages (hosting and the beat list), cdnjs by Cloudflare (the 3D player library), and Google Fonts (typefaces). Stripe is used only if you check out.
Sharing
We don't sell or share your personal information. We only use the services above to run the store.
Your choices and deleting your data
Email contact@prodpria.com to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you. We'll respond within 30 days. We may keep records the law requires, such as tax records of payments.
Children
This store isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top.
